Appearance
Mikasa Ackerman is fairly tall for her age and has an Asian heritage which is signified by her pale skin and grey eyes. She has black hair which she styles to chin-length and lower bangs. She also has a tattoo on her right wrist of the Azumabito family crest. She also has a scar under her right eye.
We often see her in the Survey Corp uniform which is a white shirt and trousers with a brown cropped jacket and in season 4 it is changed to a black outfit with a metal breastplate with the survey corps logo on it.

Personality
Before her parents were murdered Mikasa was very cheerful, innocent, and outgoing. But after that event everything changed and she became emotionally withdrawn and cold. She has a very stoic personality and she does not lose her cool very easily.
Mikasa also cares very deeply for her friends and will go to extents to protect them. She also has a soft spot for children evidenced by her saving Gabi despite her killing one of Mikasa’s comrades.

Early Life
Mikasa was born in the farmlands of Wall Maria to an Asian mother and an Ackerman father. She grew up helping her parents till one day she was kidnapped by a group of human traffickers who killed her parents in order to kidnap her.
Mikasa is Then Rescued by Eren Yeager who is the son of their family doctor Grisha Yeager. Eren managed to kill two of the kidnappers was overpowered by the third one then Mikasa came to rescue him and saved him.
